Italy è il Paese della parentopoli e dei conflitti interessi, almeno così si afferma da parte di molti.

Negli Enti di ricerca non accade tuttavia soltanto questo. Si dà il caso anche che forse qualche direttore generale di un Ente pubblico sia revisore dei conti in un altro Ente di ricerca.
Ed ancora siamo sicuri che non vi siano casi di commissione di esame in cui  qualche componente non siano veramente terzo rispetto a qualche candidato, responsabili di progetti che coinvolgano anche il componente  di esame?

E’ regolare inoltre che nel ministero Vigilante lavori personale comandato dagli Enti di ricerca controllati dal Ministero stesso?
Sono  modi di fare, direbbero alcuni, veniali e  probabilmente nella norma anche perché in taluni casi può venire a soccorso  il decreto legislativo di riordino degli Enti di ricerca.
Resta comunque dubbia la sostanza quanto meno per un costume fortemente discutibile.
